Message Sent In 1997 Finally Found 3,300 Miles In France

 In 1997, a Massachusetts fifth grader wrote a letter, placed it into a bottle and dropped it into the Atlantic Ocean as part of a school assignment. Now in his mid 30's, he finally heard back.

The message in a bottle Ben Lyons tossed into the Cape Cod peninsula was found in August just 3,300 miles across the Atlantic Ocean in France.
